Our Formula SAE Aluminum Spline Coupler is made of 7075-T6 Aluminum and it perfectly fits our Formula SAE Pro Steering Rack and our Formula SAE Pro Steering Bevel Gear.

It’s built with a 25mm outer diameter so that every team can reduce it to their own desired measure and can decide whether to weld it to the steering shaft, join it via adhesive bonding, or by using bolts.

Be careful: we had to change our supplier for these components, so they are not guaranteed to correctly fit any product manufactured prior to 2024!
