Purchasing Formula Seven products and components I agree to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS:
- Formula Seven and Bercella srl are not responsible for any damage to people and things caused by failure or malfunctioning or wrong assembly of products and components manufactured or sold by Formula Seven company.
- Formula Seven products and components are only meant to be used on Formula SAE vehicles or similar prototype vehicles and therefore every possible caution and safety conditions have to be followed during test driving or race driving of a prototype vehicle.
- Formula Seven forbid any alteration of its products and components. Any damages to people or things caused by alteration of the products and components cannot be charged to Formula Seven and Bercella srl. Any alterations will immediately cause the expiration of any warranty previously entered into agreement with the company.
- Formula Seven and Bercella srl are not responsible for any damage to people and things caused by failure of products and components modified by the customer. Even if Formula Seven components may have already been tested on Formula SAE vehicles, it is necessary to test every product and component under specific working conditions related to the vehicle that will assemble them.
